GREAT FIRMS RUN ON GREAT TALENT
Quick learners take less time to train. Hard workers rarely disappoint. Insightful people solve problems before they arise. These are the kind of students who have been attending Harvard's Business Leadership Program for over 15 years.
SHOW THE BIG PICTURE
Harvard students hear quick pitches from dozens of companies throughout the year. But what it's really like to work at your firm can't always be explained so succinctly. Students are genuinely interested in corporate culture and the subtler differences between firms and industries, and yet they don't get a chance to learn about these things. The BLP provides a chance to tell the whole story, rather than just the bullet points.
In sponsoring the BLP, you'll give students an informational presentation about your firm's techniques and strategies. The skills they learn will stick with students for years - and the value of your company will be cemented along with them. Your name will be synonymous with the insight you provided them.
This year's BLP participants move in early, before other students arrive and classes begin, so you'll have their undivided attention and be first on their minds. The BLP is a force multiplier for the rest of your recruiting efforts throughout the year.
The participants of the BLP are just the beginning of your avalanche. As leaders in groups throughout campus, your firm's brand will be backed by whole institutions, changing your role in campus culture for years to come.
